Considering the growing use of technology in promoting Quality of Life at Work (QWL), the objective of this article is to present a mapping of patents on technologies related to QWL. To this end, patent prospecting was carried out on the Orbit Intelligence platform. Analysis of the results reveals interest in innovations related to QWL. Until the early 2000s, the number of patent applications was modest, but technological advancement and ergonomic challenges have brought an increase in patents aimed at solving problems of sedentary lifestyle and repetitive strain injuries. China's leadership in protecting inventions reflects its technological and economic prioritization, while other countries such as the USA, India, South Korea and Brazil also demonstrate a commitment to QWL. These results indicate a diverse global scenario and reinforce the universal relevance of the topic in promoting healthy work environments.
