USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
1. Terms of Use and Ethics Policy
Responsible Use of AI: "Authors are responsible for the use of artificial intelligence tools in the preparation of manuscripts, analyses, and reviews. It is mandatory to report in the text any assistance or use of generative AI, specifying the tools used and the extent of their application."
Transparency Statement:
"Failure to disclose the use of artificial intelligence in the preparation of content may result in the rejection of the manuscript, retraction of the published article, or other editorial sanctions."
2. Guidelines for Authors
Disclosure of AI Use: "If AI tools were used for writing, translation, figure generation, or data analysis, authors should include a specific section in the manuscript detailing the tools and methods applied. Example: 'This work used [AI tool] for [description of purpose, such as text editing or statistical analysis].'"
Restrictions on Use: "The use of AI for generating ideas, conclusions, or interpreting results must be clearly identified. AI tools should not be listed as co-authors, as they have no ethical or intellectual responsibility for the content produced."
Validation and Human Responsibility: The generation of raw content (such as text, images, tables, or data) through artificial intelligence without proper review, validation, and editing by a human author is not permitted. AI tools can be used to enhance the quality and clarity of the work, but not to replace human intellectual contribution. Ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the manuscript—including accuracy, integrity, and originality—rests entirely with the authors.
3. Terms of Responsibility
Disclaimer: "The journal is not responsible for any inaccuracies or biases arising from the use of artificial intelligence tools by authors. It is the author's responsibility to ensure the validity, accuracy, and originality of the content presented."
Ethics and Compliance: "All authors are responsible for ensuring that the use of AI complies with research and scientific publication ethics policies, including respect for copyright, privacy, and confidentiality."
4. Statements for Reviewers and Editors
Reviewing Works with AI:
"Reviewers are encouraged to consider the transparency and appropriateness of the use of AI in the preparation of papers. In case of doubts or inconsistencies, they should notify the editorial board."
Limits of Editorial Assistance:
"The use of AI tools by the editorial board will be limited to operational functions, such as keyword suggestions or text similarity checking. Any editorial decision will be made exclusively by human editors."
