AUTISMO NA ESOLA

O autismo tem sido um desafio, especialmente para os profissionais da educação básica. Um tema delicado que envolve diversos profissionais, tanto da área da educação, quanto da área da saúde, a família, a sociedade. E cada vez mais o assuntoé debatido em várias frentes, tendo em vista, a necessidade da inclusão dos indivíduosque convivem com esse transtorno, nos mais variados segmentos sociais, sobretudo no ambiente escolar. Com base nesta ideia, o presente artigo bibliográfico busca trazero conceito de autismo, o embasamento legislativo para a inclusão escolar no Brasil; em seguida trata de identificar as dificuldades do aluno autista, analisar quais são suas necessidades especiais de apoio e ensino que necessita para o seu desenvolvimento com equidade; quais suas limitações do ponto de vista da aprendizagem, da interação no meio escolar; demonstrar a importância da capacitação dos profissionais envolvidosbem como do trabalho interdisciplinar que deve ser desenvolvido; demostrando a importância da inclusão e sua contribuição para o desenvolvimento da pessoa autista.
