Direito da Personalidade da Criança e do Adolescente no Curso de Adoção do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás

Analisa-se o curso de Preparação Psicossocial e Jurídica (PPJ) do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás (TJGO), a fim de descrever os aspectos do direito da personalidade da criança e do adolescente que são abordados no plano do referido curso, considerando a obrigatoriedade de participação àquelas pessoas que desejam adotar uma criança ou adolescente. Parte-se da premissa de que o curso PPJ possui um potencial para superar atos de discriminação e o preconceito com relação ao tema da adoção, por meio de uma educação de orientação crítica sobre os Direitos Humanos e o Direito da Personalidade da criança e do adolescente. Para tanto, lança-se mão de uma investigação bibliográfica, documental e uma análise do plano de curso do PPJ no TJGO. Deste estudo, depreende-se que o curso satisfaz os aspectos contemplados pelo Plano Nacional de Educação em Direitos Humanos, figurando como instrumento de extrema importância para a qualificação e habilitação do judiciário no que tange as demandas de adoção. Contudo, há uma lacuna no Conselho Nacional de Justiça referente à normatização, às diretrizes específicas do curso em âmbito nacional. Outras duas questões são também suscitadas, podendo ser investigadas em futuras pesquisas.
