Para garantir um bom condicionamento físico, o atleta precisa ser refém de muitos exercícios que garantem um bom preparo dentro do seu esporte. E os exercícios cardiorrespiratórios são importantíssimos para um bom rendimento independente do espaço que for necessário evidenciar seus resultados, seja em quadra, campo, areia, qualquer ambiente. Esses exercícios fortalecem o sistema cardíaco, pulmões e músculos. Os exercícios cardiorrespiratórios tem um papel muito importante no processo de garantir uma melhora significativa no condicionamento físico de atletas, sejam ele amadores ou profissionais, de baixo ou alto nível, pois o que determinará o alcance do objetivo, será a forma da execução, a intensidade e a regularidade.
