ATUAÇÃO DO FISIOTERAPEUTA NOS SETORES DE URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA
Abstract
O presente trabalho possui como escopo abordar acerca da importância da atuação do fisioterapeuta no setor de urgência e emergência, tendo em vista que os parâmetros dessa atuação se trata de uma inovação na legislação e que influencia diretamente no âmbito da saúde. Sendo assim, ressalta-se o trabalho do fisioterapeuta nos procedimentos de desobstrução, oxigenoterapia, ventilação não-invasiva e ventilação mecânica invasiva. Para tanto, foi feito um breve histórico sobre a fisioterapia no Brasil, bem como a atuação do fisioterapia nos setores de urgência e emergência, a fim de destacar a importância desse profissional nesses setores. No que tange aos aspectos metodológicos, foi feita uma pesquisa de caráter bibliográfico com busca em bancos de dados como o Google Acadêmico, Lilac’s, Pubmed e Scielo.
