THE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN AN ELEMENTARY EDUCATION INSTITUTION IN THE CITY OF RIO CRESPO – RO

The study is based on the importance of understanding and developing good school management, duly based on the principles that guide the coexistence of human talents, focused teams that are concerned with teaching and learning in the school unit. The objective was to describe the pillars that are part of school management and its procedures. The educational institution taken as reference was the Vaneide de Oliveira Municipal Elementary School, located in the municipality of Rio Crespo, state of Rondônia. The methodology applied was basic research, of the bibliographic descriptive type. The factors that supported the research are the verification and performance of the teams that work in this establishment, the projects developed, who is the maintainer, what resources are made available and how the modalities of purchasing office supplies, consumables and school meals are carried out. What is the management model used by the school administration, as well as an analysis of the Pedagogical Political Project - PPP.
