QUALIDADE DE VIDA E RISCO PARA A SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT ENTRE PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM

Introdução: Profissionais de enfermagem estão expostos a condições de trabalho desgastantes, o que aumenta o risco de desenvolvimento da síndrome de Burnout, afetando sua saúde física, mental e qualidade de vida (QV). Objetivo: Avaliar a relação entre qualidade de vida e dimensões da síndrome de Burnout em enfermeiros atuantes em serviços de urgência e emergência. Materiais e Métodos: Estudo transversal com 55 profissionais de enfermagem em Anápolis, Goiás, em 2025. Foram utilizados os instrumentos Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) e WHOQOL-BREF para mensurar, respectivamente, Burnout e qualidade de vida. Os dados foram analisados descritivamente e por associações estatísticas (p<0,05). Resultados: Predominaram níveis altos e moderados de exaustão emocional e despersonalização e baixos de realização pessoal. Observou-se associação significativa entre percepção de qualidade de vida e exaustão emocional (p=0,043), indicando que menor QV está relacionada a maior risco de Burnout. Conclusão: A qualidade de vida influencia diretamente a exaustão emocional, reforçando a necessidade de estratégias institucionais e individuais para promoção da saúde e prevenção do Burnout.
