Abstract

E uma síndrome que consiste numa exaustão emocional de baixa estima nos trabalhadores intensivistas da enfermagem em meio a pandemia covid-19(2020-2021) que afeta o dia a dia do trabalhador. Busca se métodos e estudos científicos que possa melhorar a vida desses profissionais da enfermagem, pois o esgotamento e o estresse desses enfermeiros levam a desencadear essa síndrome de Burnout. Tem como objetivo principal identificar as causas que levam a síndrome na vida do trabalhador da enfermagem, e promover medidas para o bem estar do mesmo. Conclui que os hospitais e instituições devem promover meios para favorecer a saúde e bem estar da vida destes enfermeiros intensivistas da UTI. Pois a pandemia covid-19 trouxe uma carga gigantesca para equipe de enfermeiros linha de frente dentro dos hospitais, tendo eles a preocupação pessoal entre as equipes da enfermagem.
