1. Figures, Tables, Charts and Illustrations
The use of figures, tables, charts and other illustrative elements must follow criteria of scientific relevance, clarity and moderation, respecting the ethical principles and axiological standards of the scientific community related to the manuscript’s subject.
All graphical elements must be cited in the text prior to their insertion. After presentation, each element must include:
-
the source (origin of the figure, table or chart);
-
an explanatory paragraph indicating the key aspects the reader should observe.
Figures, tables and charts must be numbered sequentially in ascending order, according to their appearance in the text.
Titles must be placed above the element, and sources below it.
2. Authorship
In accordance with the double-blind peer review process, the Microsoft Word file submitted must not contain any author identification, including names, institutional affiliations or e-mail addresses.
Complete author information must be provided exclusively in the submission metadata and included again only in the final version of the article, after completion of the peer review process.
The order of authorship must reflect the degree of contribution and relevance of each author to the manuscript.
3. References
References must strictly follow ABNT NBR 6023 standards, aligned to the left, with single line spacing and 1.5 cm spacing between references.
