REDUÇÃO DE PERDAS DE ÁGUA TRATADA EM UM SISTEMA DE ABASTECIMENTO DE ÁGUA

Visando o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, tratar sobre o desperdício da água, o líquido precioso que dá hidratação, assepsia, conforto, lazer, a todos os seres humanos e é essencial à vida, pois sem ela, os seres vivos não conseguiriam sobreviver, o trabalho tem como objetivo discutir sobre a redução de perda real de água tratada no sistema de abastecimento tendo como base os dados públicos compartilhados pela Companhia de Saneamento do Estado de Minas Gerais – COPASA e pelo Sistema de Nacional de Informações sobre Saneamento - SNIS, a fim de expor o quanto de água é desperdiçado, bem como o prejuízo ambiental e financeiro gerado, ademais, as alternativas para diminuição da perda de água tratada no sistema de abastecimento do município de Teófilo Otoni-MG.
