A IMPORTÂNCIA DA ADOÇÃO INTERNACIONAL EM FACE DO GRANDE NÚMERO DE MENORES EM SITUAÇÃO DE ACOLHIMENTO NO BRASIL

O presente artigo tem como finalidade abordar os principais pontos entre o procedimento da adoção no âmbito brasileiro e internacional, dando enfoque aos principais motivos que levam as pessoas a optarem por esse processo para se ter um filho. A partir da análise feita entre a grande quantidade de menores à espera da adoção, com a quantidade de pessoas interessadas em adotar conseguimos estabelecer a relação dos motivos que torna esse processo algo complicado e moroso. Sob essa ótica, também conseguimos compreender o porquê que a adoção internacional tem se tornado uma alternativa viável e mais interessante para alguns menores. Posto isto, o presente artigo é baseado em jurisprudências, doutrinas e artigos científicos.
