ATUAÇÃO DA FISIOTERAPIA NAS COMPLICAÇÕES TRAUMATO-ORTOPÉDICAS

O tratamento médico convencional da grande maioria das complicações traumato-ortopédicas consiste no uso de medicações alopáticas. Porém, estudos enfatizam que a fisioterapia tem grande papel para a reabilitação de pacientes que foram acometidos a tais complicações, e enfatizam o tratamento fisioterapêutico associado ao convencional. O presente estudo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão bibliográfica da literatura a respeito de complicações traumato-ortopédicas, além de identificar as metodologias usadas para a prática profissional fisioterapêutica. Por fim, sabese que o profissional fisioterapeuta muito pode fazer para melhorar a qualidade de vida dos pacientes, colaborar para diminuição de sequelas, além de atuar na prevenção das patologias.
