DESENVOLVIMENTO DE ESTRATÉGIA DE BAIXO CUSTO PARA FACULDADE DE ODONTOLOGIA

Introdução: A Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA) oferece tratamentos odontológicos à comunidade local, por meio de suas clínicas coordenadas pela Faculdade de Odontologia (FO). Atualmente, os dados dos pacientes são registrados em prontuários em papel e o gerenciamento dessa documentação torna-se um desafio para a Faculdade. Objetivo: O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi elaborar uma plataforma online para organização e armazenamento de dados em saúde dos pacientes atendidos nas clínicas da FOUFPA. Metodologia: Determinou-se o desenvolvimento de uma solução de software capaz de ser utilizada em dispositivos fixos ou móveis. O Google Forms foi escolhido como plataforma, pois permitiu a manipulação de sua interface de acordo com as necessidades do projeto. Resultados: Um protótipo de prontuário odontológico digital capaz de ser operado em diferentes sistemas operacionais, com eficiência e segurança de dados, por um baixo custo foi desenvolvido com auxílio das Interface de Programação de Aplicações (API) do Google e o GSuite UFPA. Oito voluntários participaram do teste de usabilidade, o qual mostrou resultados satisfatórios de aceitação dos participantes com a plataforma. Conclusão: Esse estudo ofereceu uma alternativa viável para administração dos dados contidos nos prontuários dos pacientes atendidos na FOUFPA.
