AS DIFICULDADES DA ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO NO ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE COM INFARTO AGUDO DO MIOCÁRDIO NA UNIDADE DE EMERGÊNCIA

O infarto agudo do miocárdio (IAM) é a patologia aguda que mais cresce na população acometida por doenças cardiovasculares. O presente estudo tem como objetivo apontar as dificuldades enfrentadas pelo enfermeiro na execução dos cuidados de enfermagem, bem como analisar a assistência do enfermeiro frente ao cliente acometido por IAM na unidade de emergência. Trata-se de uma revisão da literatura entre 2009 a 2016 utilizando-se artigos científicos indexados na base de dados da Scielo, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, livros, diretrizes e protocolo. A partir da análise dos dados foi possível perceber que o enfermeiro enfrenta diversos obstáculos para o desenvolvimento de suas atividades laborais, sejam eles na parte administrativa ou assistencial, sendo necessária a aplicabilidade de instrumentos decisórios, dentre eles: liderança, planejamento, Sistematização da assistência de enfermagem, Procedimentos de operacionalização padrão, administração de tempo e de dimensionamento de pessoal para superação das barreiras existentes e obtenção de uma assistência qualificada. Foi possível estabelecer também a importância do atendimento o mais breve possível ao cliente acometido por IAM e da qualificação do profissional, possibilitando o melhor prognóstico.
