Abstract

Tendo em vista que a construção civil é um importante pilar da economia brasileira, o presente artigo visa a análise do tempo médio de aprovação de um projeto residencial inicial na cidade de Teófilo Otoni e quais as variáveis interferem em tal processo de aprovação.O presente estudo apresenta uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa de caráter exploratório, partindo de uma análise da literatura em decorrência da revisão bibliográfica e de uma análise documental a qual visa apresentar as legislações vigentes e necessárias para a confecção e posterior aprovação de um projeto junto à Prefeitura expondo seus fluxos, e rotinas.Partindo desta primeira abordagem acerca da analise de projetos residenciais iniciais envolvendo a cidade de Teófilo Otoni no meio acadêmico é importante, e parte disso refere-se aos estudos das evoluções das construções juntamente com a máquina pública, objetivando melhoria das futuras análises.Após análise dos dados percebeu-se que as variáveis são erros de projetos, a não observação das leis vigentes, falta da comprovação de posse e falha do profissional (responsável técnico) e o tempo médio da aprovação de um projeto residencial inicial é 68 dias após a data de protocolização.
