Pregnancy is a period marked by physiological and psychological changes that prepare the female body for fetal development and childbirth. Among the persistent postpartum changes, tissue and muscular abdominal flaccidity and rectus abdominis diastasis stand out, as they may compromise body aesthetics, abdominal functionality, and women’s quality of life. This is a methodological study of a qualitative nature, based on a bibliographic review conducted in scientific databases. Studies on respiratory exercises, core strengthening, and post-gestational abdominal changes were selected. The physiological and biomechanical principles of the exercises, their indications, forms of execution, frequency, and progression were analyzed. Based on this information, a manual was developed using technical, clear, and objective language, aimed at professionals in the fields of aesthetics and health. The material was designed in a digital format (e-book) and adapted for physical printing using the Canva tool, with real didactic images to facilitate understanding and the correct execution of the exercises. The final manual contains 17 pages, organized into sequential chapters, titled “Manual of Postpartum Abdominal Restructuring.” Evidence from the literature highlights that health educational materials, when developed in a structured manner and based on scientific evidence, contribute to improved understanding and adherence to proposed practices. Furthermore, it is important to consider the level of literacy and the profile of the target audience when developing such materials, enhancing their effectiveness and practical application in professional routines. The manual brings together a structured exercise program based on scientific evidence, contributing to the safe application of techniques in the treatment of postpartum abdominal flaccidity and diastasis, and constitutes a relevant complementary resource in clinical practice.
