ANÁLISE DA RELAÇÃO ENTRE PROFISSIONAL FISIOTERAPEUTA E PACIENTE EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA SOB A PERSPECTIVA DO TRATAMENTO HUMANIZADO

Com a presença mais constante dos profissionais fisioterapeutas nas UTIs, suas funções aumentaram, aumentando com elas as responsabilidades. O fisioterapeuta intensivista é levado a ter que lidar com pacientes graves em ambiente pouco humanizado da Unidade de Terapia Intensiva. As limitações do espaço e a distância da vida cotidiana tornam a UTI menos humanizada e é obrigação dos profissionais de contato direto minimizar esse sofrimento. Porém esse ambiente também afeta os profissionais de forma a interferir no tratamento perante a situação mais complexa que é a internação em UTI. Realiza-se uma análise bibliográfica na estrutura denominada revisão de literatura sistemática, do tipo descritivo, caracterizada por ser qualitativa, a qual temos como objetivo de analisar qual a relevância do tratamento humanizado dentro do ambiente de Unidade de Terapia Intensiva para os profissionais Fisioterapeutas e seus pacientes. Diante disso, verifica-se que o tratamento humanizado dentro das Unidades de Terapia Intensiva colabora de forma positiva para a relação profissional/paciente e para a recuperação do paciente, dando uma oportunidade de atendimento de qualidade superior e ao profissional um ambiente de trabalho mais agradável e sua aplicação é diretamente ligada as questões biopsicossociais da equipe, do paciente e dos familiares do paciente.
