ATUAÇÃO DA ENFERMAGEM FRENTE AO AUTISMO INFANTIL

O autismo é um distúrbio do desenvolvimento humano que vem sendo estudado há quase seis décadas, porém ainda são explicitas, mesmo dentre os cientistas, as divergências, dúvidas e questões acerca deste transtorno do desenvolvimento humano, sobretudo no que diz respeito à sua etiologia. Assim, os objetivos da presente pesquisa são: Analisar a atuação da Enfermagem no cuidado aos pacientes com Transtorno do Espectro do Autismo(TEA), na infância. Desta forma, o manejo e as ações devem ser planejadas e ajustadas indo ao encontro do grau do transtorno, que requer desde uma intervenção farmacológica à atenção multiprofissional centrada na integralidade da pessoa. Este trabalho foi uma revisão da literatura utilizando as bases de dados das plataformas, LILACS, Google Acadêmico, Bireme, além de livros. Foram selecionados artigos a partir de 2007 a 2020 com temas relacionados a atuação da enfermagem frente ao autismo infantil. Sendo os resultados apresentados de forma descritiva. O enfermeiro é a base do processo de diagnóstico do autismo, ele atende os sinais e sintomas do autismo, cuida bem das crianças e seus familiares, incentiva e entrega segurança e tranquilidade a todos. Vale lembrar que o tratamento do autismo precisa estar alinhado com a equipe multidisciplinar.
