INDICADORES DE AVALIAÇÃO DE DESEMPENHO DA ASSISTÊNCIA EM ENFERMAGEM

Este estudo teve como objetivo verificar os indicadores de avaliação da qualidade da assistência em enfermagem, pois sabe-se que esses indicadores aparecem como um modo de gerar e fornecer informações subsidiando a criação e pesquisa de novas diretrizes para a elaboração de políticas públicas de saúde, que visem proporcionar uma melhor gestão e atenção oferecida pela assistência de enfermagem ao paciente. Assim, através de um estudo descritivo de revisão bibliográfica, de abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio de busca online das produções científicas nos sites daBireme, Medline, Scielo, Lilacs, entre outros, pode-se concluir que: a utilização de indicadores de avaliação de desempenho na enfermagem é essencial para os serviços de saúde, configurando em uma medida que permite o monitoramento e a identificação de estratégias de intensificação da melhoria da qualidade da assistência, permitindo a identificação de fragilidades e a visualização de oportunidades de melhoria, visando a qualidade da assistência em enfermagem, devendo ser utilizados para reavaliar, replanejar e reorganizar as atividades prestadas por esses profissionais com o intuito de ampliar cada vez mais a cultura da qualidade nos serviços, bem como capacitandoos para o desenvolvimento e análise de indicadores e possibilitando reflexão de forma dinâmica, objetivando a excelência do cuidado ao paciente.
