ATENÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA NA FARMÁCIA CLÍNICA

Um(a) profissional graduado(a) em Farmácia tem como excelente opção de incremento da carreira a atuação como Farmacêutico(a) Clínico(a), uma especialidade voltada para à ciência e prática do uso racional de medicamentos, na qual os farmacêuticos prestam cuidado ao paciente, de forma a otimizar a farmacoterapia, promover saúde e bem-estar, e prevenir doenças. Esta área não é restrita somente a hospitais, mas incluem também farmácias comunitárias, clínicas privadas, ambulatórios, unidades de saúde e lares de longa permanência. Pode ser exercida em qualquer local que possua usuários de medicamentos expostos ao risco e às consequências de seu uso. Essa pesquisa objetivou avaliar se a Atenção Farmacêutica traz algum benefício e como funciona a farmácia clinica, sendo realizado pelo método de revisão bibliográfica com abordagem descritivo, exploratória que quanto aos finsserá de natureza qualitativa. Para a coleta de materiais foi utilizado o banco de dados da plataforma google Acadêmico, bases Manuais do Ministério da saúde, Linha - Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) e CFF. Foi utilizado como critério de inclusão de artigos o descritor Atuação Farmacêutica, que, após leitura e avaliação do autor, esteve relacionado ao serviço público de saúde. Para exclusão de artigos, foram escolhidos os de Práticas Farmacêuticas que não possuíam o descritor Atuação Farmacêutica. Ao final considerou se que a Atenção farmacêutica é imprescindível para o acompanhamento dos pacientes, e garantir a saúde e bem estar, impedindo de forma efetiva o uso irracional de medicamentos.
