ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO PREMATURO

Considera-se prematuro ou recém-nascidos pré-termos o bebê com idade gestacional inferior a 37 semanas, o enfermeiro neonatal deve atentar para agravamentos decorrentes da prematuridade, antecipando possíveis problemas. Os sistemas auditivo e cardiorrespiratório exigem atenção especial, além da saúde visual e cognitiva. O presente estudo, trata-se de uma revisão narrativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio das bibliotecas virtuais Google Scholar; LILACS; SciELO. A busca da literatura abrangerá o ano de 2022. Dentre os principais fatores de risco de morte neonatal, a prematuridade e o baixo peso ao nascer, destacam-se. A idade gestacional implica em uma série de riscos que podem levar a sequelas além de problemas de saúde para o bebê. Esta condição é um importante problema de saúde pública. O parto prematuro é uma síndrome complexa com múltiplas etiologias e está associada a uma ampla gama de condições clínicas que definem padrões de sobrevivência, crescimento e desenvolvimento de distintos subgrupos de risco. O Diagnóstico de Enfermagem (DE) apresenta a segunda etapa do processo de enfermagem e utiliza linguagem padrão para a prática de enfermagem de acordo com as normas publicadas pela NANDA Internacional. A enfermagem é essencial, pois o parto prematuro pode causar problemas para a criança, principalmente no período neonatal e infantil, bem como a longo prazo. Dentre os problemas estão os relacionados à saúde física, em função do lento desenvolvimento cognitivo, pode apresentar dificuldades em manter interações sociais.
