Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar como o enfoque na abordagem da Ciência, Tecnologia, Sociedade e Ambiente (CTSA) e o uso de Metodologias Ativas no ensino podem ser de extrema relevância no processo de ensino-aprendizagem em aulas de biologia. Buscando a autonomia e o desenvolvimento crítico do aluno, por meio da educação crítica, tendo como resultado uma melhora significativa no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, formando sujeitos que através da interdisciplinaridade e do contato com conceitos, pesquisas científicas e desenvolvimento de habilidades, para que possam entender e analisar o que acontece no mundo, seja a nível local, regional, nacional e até mundial, e consiga levar esses conhecimentos para o maior número possível de pessoas, exercendo a sua plena cidadania. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, de abordagem qualitativa, que refletirá sobre a temática, analisando os autores que trabalham com essas perspectivas de forma isoladas ou conjuntas.
