this revisional scientificarticleaimsto reviewtheexistingliteratureon parental alienationwithinthescopeoffamilylaw. Parental alienationis a phenomenon in whichoneparentmanipulatesthechildtocreatenegative feelings towardstheotherparent. A comprehensiveunderstandingofthisissueisessentialtoensuretheprotectionofchildren'srightsand preserve healthyfamilyrelationships. The researchwasconductedthrougha systematic review ofavailableliteratureon parental alienationin the legal context. Academicand legal databases, as well as relevant books andarticles, wereconsulted. Inclusionandexclusioncriteriawereestablishedtoselectthemostrelevantandreliablestudies. The review revealedthat parental alienationcan take differentformsandmanifestations, such as denigratingtheotherparent, hinderingthechild'scontactwiththealienatedparent, andmanipulatinginformationtoinfluencethechild'sperception. Thesebehaviorshave negative impactsonthechild, resulting in emotionalconflicts, identitydisturbances, anddifficulties in future relationships. In the legal sphere, legal measureshavebeenidentifiedtopreventandcombat parental alienation, such as thecreationofspecificlaws, promotionofawarenessprograms, andimpositionofsanctionsonalienatingparents. However, thereview alsohighlightedchallenges in theeffectiveimplementationofthesemeasures, includingtheneedfor a multidisciplinary approach andthesensitivityofprofessionalsinvolved. Basedontheconducted review, it isconcludedthat parental alienationis a complexandharmfulissuewithinthecontextoffamilylaw. A multidisciplinary approach isessentialtounderstandandappropriatelyaddressthisissue. Awareness, professional training, andtheimplementationofprotectivemechanisms are crucial topreventandcombat parental alienation, ensuringthewell-beingofchildrenandthepreservationofhealthyfamilyrelationships.
