IMPACTS GENERATED IN PLANNING AND CONTROL OF WORKS DUE TO LACK OF HIRING QUALIFIED TECHNICAL PROFESSIONALS

The civil construction is an activity that is present in the life of every human being. Whether it's a simple renovation or a major building project, precise planning is required to ensure the comfort and quality of the building, as civil construction is an activity in which a large investment is applied and so that it does not cause damage, it must be having professionals occurred directly in the enterprise, from the project development stage to the execution stage within the construction site.
The use of techniques and software has enabled civil engineering professionals to achieve great results within the management of works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and especially the final cost of the work.
When talking about hiring an engineer to carry out a building or renovation, it is often associated with an extra expense on the work, when in fact the choice of good professionals is an investment, because with their knowledge one avoids waste and reworks in addition to guaranteeing comfort, safety and sustainability to the building.
The present work approaches the advantages of a good management of work and the benefits that a good planning and control brings in the conduction of each stage of the enterprise.
