Abstract

It is known by all that we have freedom of expression to express ourselves before society, but what is the limit for the manifestation of our interest without being offensive to others?

I bring here a reflection based on true facts and jurisprudence adopted on this subject, with the aim of settling controversies and exposing the real segregation between the rights of each one, with the obvious objective of raising justice, in the form of a bibliographical research, leading us to a clearer understanding of the subject
