Abstract

Este trabalho demonstra como a inteligência artificial vem sendo utilizada nas investigações criminais, mostrando os avanços que ela traz, assim como os limites e os desafios enfrentados. O principal objetivo é entender de que forma essa tecnologia afeta o processo de apurar crimes e protege os direitos das pessoas envolvidas. Para isso, a pesquisa analisa leis, estudos de especialistas e exemplos reais de casos recentes. Os resultados mostram que a inteligência artificial ajuda a acelerar e melhorar o trabalho da polícia, mas também traz preocupações, principalmente sobre a privacidade e a clareza das decisões. A conclusão é que, para que essa tecnologia funcione de forma justa, é preciso ter regras claras e que as pessoas continuem supervisionando o uso dela.
