HISTÓRICO E DETALHAMENTO DA IMPLANTAÇÃO DO SISTEMA DE GESTÃO DA QUALIDADE ISO 9001:2008

Este trabalho em geral, tem como objetivo mostrar o histórico, orientar e explanar sobre a implementação de um sistema de gestão da qualidade com base na norma ISO 9001:2008. Será exibido um histórico da qualidade no mundo, bem como no Brasil, apresentar de forma geral a série de normas ISO 9000, os princípios de gestão da qualidade que servem como base na condução e operação das organizações, estratégias de implementação do sistema de gestão da qualidade e finalmente, exibir uma interpretação dos requisitos da norma ISO 9001:2008 para implementação de um sistema de gestão da qualidade e sua manutenção, além de mostrar caso reais das facilidades e dificuldades da implementação.
