O Papel do Supervisor Pedagógico na Construção de Práticas Inclusivas na Escola Primária e Secundária de Chuiba (2024-2025)

Esta dissertação teve como objectivo geral analisar o papel do supervisor pedagógico na construção de práticas inclusivas na Escola Primária e Secundária de Chuiba, no período de 2024 a 2025, envolvendo oito (8) funcionários. A pesquisa adoptou uma abordagem qualitativa, com base na análise de conteúdo de Bardin, e utilizou um questionário aplicado ao Director, Gestor Escolar e Professores.
Os resultados demonstraram que a supervisão pedagógica desempenha um papel relevante na promoção de práticas inclusivas, por meio da orientação pedagógica, formações e capacitações docentes, reuniões pedagógicas e acompanhamento das práticas em sala de aula, contribuindo para o fortalecimento das competências docentes e para a adopção de metodologias que valorizam a diversidade dos alunos.
Contudo, verificaram-se desafios na implementação dessas práticas, nomeadamente a insuficiência de recursos humanos especializados, a limitação de materiais pedagógicos adaptados, a necessidade de reforço da formação contínua e o elevado número de alunos por turma, que dificulta estratégias diferenciadas.
Apesar disso, constatou-se um esforço institucional na promoção da educação inclusiva, com incentivo à reflexão pedagógica, ao trabalho colaborativo e à formação docente. Conclui-se que o supervisor pedagógico desempenha um papel fundamental como mediador entre as políticas educacionais e as práticas pedagógicas, contribuindo significativamente para a construção de práticas inclusivas, o desenvolvimento profissional dos professores e a promoção de um ambiente educativo mais equitativo e participativo.
