Abstract

Nos dias atuais, observa-se um grande crescimento da preocupação com o meio ambiente e investimentos dos meios de hospedagem em gestão ambiental. Foi feito um estudo, a partir de uma metodologia qualitativa com foco exploratório, sobre a dinâmica da Pousada Uakari, estabelecida na Reserva de Desenvolvimento Sustentável – Mamirauá, localizada no estado do Amazonas, na região do médio Solimões. Um dos focos deste meio de hospedagem são os cuidados ligados ao meio ambiente e as comunidades locais. Por isso, visando a necessidade de nos atentarmos com a logística de uma pousada que está em contato direto com o meio ambiente e a vida ao seu redor, apresentamos e analisamos a sua dinâmica organizacional.
