RELAÇÕES INTERPESSOAIS NO MEIO DE HOSPEDAGEM:
O ENTENDIMENTO DOS ESTUDANTES DE UM CURSO TÉCNICO

Este estudo tem como objetivo alcançar uma maior compreensão acerca das relações pessoais nos meios de hospedagem, analisando através do entendimento dos estudantes do Curso de Hospedagem do Colégio Técnico da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (CTUR/UFRRJ) acerca do tema. A pesquisa é de caráter qualitativo, a qual utilizou-se como ferramenta a análise bibliográfica e aplicação de questionário, onde indagou-se o entendimento dos estudantes a respeito do tema tratado, a importância das relações interpessoais e intrapessoais para um melhor convívio nos meios de hospedagem, a definição dos termos e a avaliação das concepções finais dos entrevistados. Pode-se concluir que os participantes possuem bom entendimento da área e reconhecem a sua importância nos meios de hospedagem.
