Resumen

Este trabalho é resultado da implantação do Programa Pensar Enxuto desenvolvido no setor de Logística Integrada da Frimesa, com o intuito de verificar a contribuição da filosofia Lean Thinking para gerar mudança de cultura organizacional e fomentar a inovação em processos. Esse Programa foi implantado em duas fases: 1ª Treinamento em ferramentas de instrumentação tecnológica, da qualidade e metodologias de gestão e; 2ª Aplicação do "mão na massa” que se caracterizou pelo levantamento dos problemas existentes através da aplicação das ferramentas e apresentação de sugestões de melhoria com inovação. Este programa apresentou algumas limitações como tempo exíguo, resistência às mudanças, falta de compreensão da necessidade do aprendizado das ferramentas e falta de comprometimento. Pode-se afirmar que esta metodologia contribuiu para mudar o mindset, fomentando um ambiente de mudança de cultura organizacional que motivou os colaboradores a sugerir melhorias e inovações aos processos, aumentando o desempenho da empresa e diminuindo desperdícios.
