Resumen

É sabido por todos que possuímos liberdade de expressão para nos manifestarmos diante da sociedade. No entanto, qual é o limite para a manifestação de nossos interesses sem que sejamos ofensivos aos outros? Trago aqui uma reflexão baseada em fatos verídicos e jurisprudências adotadas sobre esse assunto, com o intuito de dirimir controvérsias e expor a real segregação entre os direitos individuais. O objetivo óbvio é suscitar a justiça, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, levando-nos a um entendimento mais claro sobre a temática.
