A IMPORTÂNCIA DA SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DO ATENDIMENTO DE CRISES HIPOGLICÊMICAS EM AMBULATÓRIO

La hipoglucemia es una de las razones más comunes para buscar atención ambulatoria o incluso atención de emergencia. Se sabe que estas crisis son causadas por varios factores como el exceso de ejercicio físico, la falta de nutrición, el uso incorrecto de la insulina y de los medicamentos para la diabetes e incluso momentos de ansiedad. La metodología elegida fue una revisión sistemática, realizada con base en el estudio de referencias ya analizadas y ratificadas por medios escritos y electrónicos. El objetivo fue verificar las formas conocidas de manejo de las crisis de hipoglucemia, discutiendo la resolubilidad y funcionalidad de cada una de ellas. Un paciente que experimente hipoglucemia debe ser tratado adecuadamente por cualquier profesional que brinde primeros auxilios a esa persona. Por ello, es necesario que se sistematice la atención ambulatoria, para que todos puedan recibir el diagnóstico correcto y el tratamiento ideal para cada situación.
