GESTÃO ADMINISTRATIVA E SAÚDE PÚBLICA: DESAFIOS ENFRENTADOS NO ATENDIMENTO DO SUS AS MÃES ATÍPICAS DE COLORADO DO OESTE-RO

O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar os desafios enfrentados por mães atípicas no município de Colorado do Oeste – RO, no acesso aos serviços de saúde pública oferecidos pelo SUS. A pesquisa utilizou abordagem qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com mães de crianças com deficiências, transtornos ou condições raras. Os resultados apontam para uma profunda carência de profissionais especializados, ausência de infraestrutura adequada, falta de apoio psicossocial e sobrecarga emocional enfrentada por essas mulheres. As falas evidenciam que, apesar das diretrizes legais, as políticas públicas não têm sido suficientes para garantir um atendimento digno e humanizado. Assim, este trabalho destaca a urgência de políticas públicas mais eficazes, sensíveis e territorializadas, que promovam o cuidado integral dessas mães e crianças.
