A PROTEÇÃO AOS MENORES CONTRA CRIMES CIBERNÉTICOS: RESPONSABILIDADE PENAL E O PAPEL DAS PLATAFORMAS DIGITAIS

O presente artigo analisa a proteção de menores frente aos crimes cibernéticos no Brasil, enfocando a eficácia da legislação penal vigente e a responsabilidade das plataformas digitais. A pesquisa é de caráter qualitativo, baseada em revisão bibliográfica, análise legislativa e estudo de casos. Verificou-se que, apesar de instrumentos normativos relevantes, subsistem lacunas na prevenção, na investigação e na responsabilização de agentes que atuam no ambiente digital, impondo a necessidade de aprimoramentos legislativos e de investimento em capacitação técnica e cooperação internacional.
