FERRAMENTA INDISPENSÀVEL NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA

Este trabalho aborda a importância do planejamento sistemático para o desenvolvimento da aprendizagem nos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental e tem como objetivo geral estudar e compreender a importância do planejamento e sua prática para uma aprendizagem com êxito, contribuindo para que os professores reflitam sobre a necessidade e responsabilidade ao planejar sua aula. A metodologia utilizada consiste numa revisão de literatura onde utilizou-se como referencial a concepção de vários autores que discorrem sobre o assunto. Tem relevância por que muito se tem questionado sobre mudanças nas práticas aplicadas em sala de aula por uma educação de melhor qualidade, o que reflete no planejamento, pois uma aula bem elaborada necessita de premeditação. Com base nos estudos realizados verificou-se que o planejamento é uma ação necessária e presente não só na vida cotidiana como também no âmbito profissional. De uma maneira geral para alguns educadores planejar não é tarefa fácil.
