O USO DA RADIOFREQUÊNCIA NO TRATAMENTO DA FLACIDEZ TISSULAR FACIAL: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

O envelhecimento cutâneo é caracterizado pela redução da síntese de colágeno e elastina, resultando em perda de firmeza e elasticidade da pele. Nesse contexto, a radiofrequência tem se destacado como uma técnica não invasiva utilizada no tratamento da flacidez tissular facial, por promover o aquecimento controlado das camadas dérmicas, estimulando a neocolagênese e o remodelamento das fibras colagênicas. Este estudo analisou as evidências científicas sobre a eficácia da radiofrequência no tratamento da flacidez facial, a fim de identificar os principais protocolos empregados e seus resultados clínicos. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada nas bases PubMed, ScienceDirect e SciELO. Foram selecionados oito estudos publicados entre 2021 e 2025 que atenderam aos critérios estabelecidos. Os resultados demonstraram que, independentemente do tipo de radiofrequência aplicada, como a monopolar, bipolar, microagulhada, sincronizada com estimulação elétrica ou associada ao vácuo, todos os protocolos apresentaram melhora na firmeza e textura cutânea, sem eventos adversos relevantes. Conclui-se que a radiofrequência é um método seguro, eficaz e versátil, com resultados visíveis e progressivos, desde que seus parâmetros sejam adequadamente ajustados às características individuais de cada paciente.
