ESTUDO COMPARATIVO DA VIABILIDADE ECONÔMICA ENTRE ARGAMASSA ESTABILIZADA E ARGAMASSA PRODUZIDA EM UM CANTEIRO DE OBRA NA CIDADE DE TEÓFILO OTONI – MG

Este estudo tem como objetivo determinar a viabilidade da substituição da argamassa produzida em obra pela argamassa estabilizada para os serviços de alvenaria, emboço e reboco durante a construção de um condomínio residencial na cidade de Teófilo Otoni - MG.Este produto é relativamente novo na região e ainda pouco utilizado. No decorrer do estudo foram levantadas as quantidades em metro quadrado de cada serviço e seus índices de consumo e produtividade foram atribuídos de acordo com as tabelas SINAPI e SETOP. Durante a execução, não foi utilizada a argamassa produzida em obra e seu valor do metro cúbico foi estimado de acordo com o SINAPI. Após o levantamento foram feitos dois orçamentos distintos, um para argamassa produzida em obra e outro para argamassa estabilizada. O metro cúbico da argamassa rodada em obra apresentou um valor 13% superiorà estabilizada e se fosse utilizada nestes serviços acarretaria em um aumento de 5,16% no orçamento destas etapas. A argamassa estabilizada é entregue pelo fornecedor pronta para uso e após o recebimento em recipientes plásticos, ela pode ser aplicada por até 72 horas. Tal característica reduziu as perdas, melhorou a logística do canteiro e excluiu a necessidade de mão de obra para a produção de argamassa. Além de economicamente viável, ela apresentou vantagens qualitativas em relação a argamassa produzida em obra.
