A ENFERMAGEM OBSTETRÍCIA E DESAFIOS NO PARTO HUMANIZADO

Os profissionais de enfermagem estão envolvidos em todos os níveis de prestação de cuidados de saúde. Na obstetrícia, os enfermeiros desempenham papel fundamental no processo de pré-natal, parto e pós-parto, já que são os profissionais mais próximos da parturiente. O objetivo desse estudo é compreender qual o papel da enfermagem obstetrícia e os desafios no parto humanizado. Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa da literatura com consulta a bases de dados Scielo, Google Scholar e PubMed. O papel do enfermeiro no parto humanizado remete à necessidade de uma nova perspectiva, que reconheça a atenção ao parto como realmente humana. A enfermagem é uma profissão que tem como foco a prestação de cuidados adequados e a formulação de atribuições, portanto, cabe a este profissional intervir de forma independente na realização da promoção da saúde.
