AÇÕES DO ENFERMEIRO NO CUIDADO AO PACIENTE VÍTIMA DE QUEIMADURAS DE 3° GRAU

As queimaduras têm um impacto duradouro e brutal na qualidade de vida das vítimas, especialmente em termos de imagem corporal, afeto e sensibilidade da pele. Considerando que as queimaduras são um dos maiores traumas físicos e psicológicos que as pessoas podem sofrer, conclui-se que a reabilitação (estética e/ou funcional) do paciente é essencial para manter e melhorar a qualidade de vida. É preciso analisar a qualidade de vida de vítimas de queimaduras, não só no atendimento de emergência, mas também no acompanhamento desses pacientes. É aqui que revela-se o papel tão importante da equipe de enfermagem e seu cuidado humano. Esta é uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa que utilizou da revisão bibliográfica como instrumento para busca de informações. A pesquisa foi realizada nas bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), PubMed, Periódicos CAPS e locais de ferramentas de busca através do Scholar Google. Através da pesquisa bibliográfica realizada, estabeleceu-se respostas ao objetivo do artigo que é o de conhecer e analisar quais devem ser as ações do enfermeiro na assistência a pacientes com queimaduras de terceiro grau visando sua melhor qualidade de vida e restabelecimento da saúde.
