SHARENTING: ASPECTOS QUANTO À PRIVACIDADE DA CRIANÇA E ADOLESCENTE À LUZ DO ECRIAD E DA CONSTITUIÇÃO FEDERAL
Abstract
O presente artigo objetiva tratar acerca das principais soluções que podem ser postas em prática com a finalidade de evitar exposições excessivas, feitas pelos pais, dos filhos nas redes sociais. Ao longo da pesquisa também serão demonstrados os perigos que o mundo digital pode trazer, além do que realmente seria uma exposição excessiva dos menores nos meios digitais. Também será demonstrado se os filhos têm noção de que estão sendo expostos de forma excessiva, trazendo problemas que podem tomar proporções diversas, as chamadas “retaliações”. Importante também se torna a relevância do tema para o mundo real, no sentido de demonstrar soluções que viabilizem o melhor desenvolvimento da criança e do adolescente e o respeito que se deve ter do excesso de exposição dos filhos pelos pais. Para todo o desenvolvimento do artigo serão utilizadas legislações vigentes, jurisprudência, além de citações doutrinárias e entrevistas, tudo para um melhor embasamento e efetivação da pesquisa.
