This article aims to demonstrate the importance of implementing the teaching of Constitutional Law in Brazilian public and private schools, contextualizing the trivialization that the Federal Constitution suffers in contemporary times and decomposing the causes and consequences of this problem. The research seeks to validate the possibility of overcoming this barrier through education, inserting the teaching of Constitutional Law in Brazilian schools. Using a deductive method of reasoning, the documentary research was carried out through research of bibliographic records and innovation initiatives that already exist in the subject, connecting the defended proposal with the provisions of article 205 of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
