Resumen

Este artículo tiene como objetivo demostrar la importancia de implementar la enseñanza del Derecho Constitucional en las escuelas públicas y privadas brasileñas, contextualizando la banalización que sufre la Constitución Federal en la época contemporánea y descomponiendo las causas y consecuencias de este problema. La investigación busca validar la posibilidad de superar esa barrera a través de la educación, insertando la enseñanza del Derecho Constitucional en las escuelas brasileñas. Utilizando un método de razonamiento deductivo, la investigación documental se llevó a cabo a través de la búsqueda de registros bibliográficos e iniciativas de innovación que ya existen en el tema, conectando la propuesta defendida con las disposiciones del artículo 205 de la Constitución de la República Federativa de Brasil.
