TRATAMENTO PRISIONAL PARA DETENTOS COM PSICOPATOLOGIA

O respectivo artigo tem como parâmetro o estudo da culpabilidade dos agentes infratores, principalmente daqueles que são acometidos por psicopatologias. Em tese, busca-se frisar acerca do sistema prisional brasileiro, elencando as diferenças entre o regime prisional dos condenados comuns, em parâmetro com os condenados que possuem algum grau de psicopatia. Dando ênfase ao foco do estudo, será demonstrado alguns procedimentos da normativa brasileira, elencando o entendimento dos tribunais, pactuados por intermédio do magistrado. Conclui pela possibilidade da aplicabilidade da Lei n° 10.216, responsável por introduzir o PAI-PJ como forma de precaver um infrator de todas as batalhas perante a sociedade, visando o respeito à dignidade da pessoa humana.
