Resumen

RESUMEN

 


El propósito de este artículo, cuyo tema aborda LA CRIMINALIDAD Y LAS TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y LA COMUNICACIÓN, es enfatizar los casos que ya sucedieron y están sucediendo, así como las leyes que protegen el problema, apuntando a las posibilidades o imposibilidades que quedan por controlar o evitar delitos que se practican a través de Internet, destacando qué reglas de protección se deben tomar para evitar delitos, de la misma manera que se pueden utilizar acciones en caso de sufrir un delito de esta manera. Esta investigación también pretende explorar el avance del derecho penal frente a las nuevas tecnologías. Con el objetivo de esclarecer la revolución tecnológica y sus efectos positivos y negativos en la vida cotidiana de la sociedad; abordar diversos delitos virtuales que son poco mencionados por los juristas. Sin embargo, Brasil actualmente carece de una legislación considerable para preservar la seguridad en el espacio virtual. En muchos casos existen dificultades para llevar a cabo investigaciones. Sin embargo, se puede concluir que el derecho penal y, en consecuencia, la legislación tiende a progresar para mantenerse al día con la dinámica social, de lo contrario se volverá inaplicable a casos específicos.
