O AUMENTO DOS CRIMES CIBERNÉTICOS NO ESTADO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO E NO MUNICÍPIO DE LINHARES. EXISTE SOLUÇÃO?

Resumen

A internet chegou ao Brasil em 1988, de forma experimental em instituições acadêmicas. Somente em 1995 foi liberado o acesso comercial através de linhas discadas, porém com custo elevado. O acesso à internet tornou-se mais acessível ao longo do tempo, impulsionado pela pandemia de Covid-19 que aumentou a conectividade devido ao uso intensivo de aplicativos de comunicação durante o isolamento social, resultando em mais usuários e também em mais crimes virtuais. A pesquisa trata do aumento dos crimes cibernéticos no Brasil e no município de Linhares-ES e analisa a viabilidade e eficácia das estratégias existentes para mitigar esses crimes, bem como medidas adicionais criadas para enfrentamento do tema. Conclui que resultados eficazes podem ocorrer quando as autoridades públicas adotarem abordagens multidisciplinares e colaborativas, envolvendo não apenas forças policiais e judiciais, mas também setores de tecnologia, educação e cidadania.
