O APERFEIÇOAMENTO DA EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL A PARTIR DA EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR

Entendendo que a informação e o conhecimento têm apresentado novas
funções na economia e em outros processos sociais, compreender educação e
desenvolvimento é essencial para as novas dimensões da educação. Em
correspondência com este entendimento, assiste-se hoje uma deterioração do
meio ambiente a nível global o que leva as universidades a se posicionarem
quanto às formas de trabalhar para contribuir com a tomada de posições dos
acadêmicos frente a um ambiente sustentável os levando a pensar de forma
socialmente justa economicamente viável e ecologicamente correta dessa
forma estarão trabalhando de forma responsável visando sempre o
desempenho da sustentabilidade. Então, o objetivo deste trabalho consiste em
analisar o papel da educação superior na educação ambiental, para reverter a
situação atual que afeta a supervivência da sociedade. A metodologia utilizada
foi uma revisão literária, analisando conferências e autores diversos que
discutem sobre essa temática.
