DESCONSIDERAÇÃO DA PERSONALIDADE JURÍDICA NA EXECUÇÃO

O presente artigo tem como finalidade trazer uma discussão de cunho esclarecedor acerca da problemática das discussões sobre a desconsideração da personalidade jurídica no processo de execução, no Direito Brasileiro. Bem como abordar a dicotomia de argumentações sobre a temática, proporcionando reflexões válidas para o entendimento do trabalho proposto como modo de construção de uma opinião crítica do assunto. Tal documento, pretende apresentar teóricos do gênero e seus postulados para defender a validação e importância do discurso, além de trazer a postura jurisprudencial cunhado nos acórdons e decisões proferidas pelo sistema jurídico nacional. O debate promovido no discorrer do trabalho aponta as aplicações e normatizações de diferentes setores do direito que se interligam para caracterizar a lei nacional.
