A EVOLUÇÃO DA LEGISLAÇÃO BRASILEIRA NO COMBATE AO CYBERBULLYNG

O termo cyberbullying corresponde às práticas de agressões feitas pela internet, é um tipo de assédio que corresponde a pratica de perseguir alguém intimidando a pessoa com o objetivo de ridicularizar, difamando-a e até mesmo insultando. Esses tipos de práticas onde o agressor ou agressores cometem o crime de forma abusada se valendo de muitas vezes do anonimato nas redes sócias, através de várias ofensas. Danos causados pelo cyberbullying: O indivíduo tem o seu aprendizado prejudicado, sofre intensamente, tem pouca autoestima, medo constante, angústia diária, pesadelos durante a noite. As Agressões virtuais podem deixar marcas profundas em quem as sofrem, em casos mais extremos este tipo de atitude pode levar ao suicídio. Deste modo, será feita uma análise das Leis N° 12.737/2012 “CAROLINA DIECKMANN”, e Lei 13.185/2015 de seis de novembro de 2015, dispostos sobre o art. 2°, e demais dispositivos bem como doutrinas e jurisprudências que tratam sobre o tema. Por fim, chegando então ao ponto central do presente artigo científico e apontando quais medidas previstas e meios de combate ao crime do cyberbullying.
