possíveis contribuições da Psicologia na promoção/garantia de direitos

Este trabalho aborda a adolescência, considerada uma etapa do desenvolvimento humano carregada de incertezas, medos e de extrema importância na construção da identidade. Destacando na temática, a questão dos adolescentes em situação de vulnerabilidade social, o objetivo principal do estudo foi apresentar as contribuições da Psicologia frente às políticas de atendimento a adolescentes em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Para tanto, realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica, descritiva quanto aos fins e qualitativa quanto à abordagem do problema. Os achados na literatura revelam que em sociedades como o Brasil, com desigualdade social acentuada, os níveis de pobreza são altos, e as situações de vulnerabilidade são mais presentes; aumentando a necessidade de políticas públicas capazes de garantir o acesso aos direitos básicos e a superar tal situação.
